Product Feature And Application

1. High precision, accurate measurement. The voltmeter on the control box directly displays the voltage value applied to the test sample. No external voltage divider is needed during use, and the wiring is simple. The instrument can measure leakage current at both high and low voltage ends. The high voltage end uses a circular screen digital display, which is not afraid of discharge impact and has good anti-interference performance, suitable for on-site use.

2.The voltage regulation stability is high, and the full range is smoothly adjustable. The output voltage regulation uses an imported single multi-turn potentiometer. The voltage rise process is smooth, and the adjustment accuracy is high.

3. Negative polarity output, zero start, continuous adjustable, overvoltage, overcurrent, reset, grounding protection, special break wire protection and other various protection functions. The automatic protection circuit has strong functions, is complete and reliable, ensuring safe operation.

4. The most advanced technology and craftsmanship are used in manufacturing. The medium frequency voltage doubler circuit is applied first. The latest PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices are adopted, thus achieving higher output voltage stability and smaller ripple coefficient.

5. A high-precision 0.75 UDC 1mA function is added, providing great convenience for the measurement of zinc oxide arresters.

6. The overvoltage setting adopts a digital code switch, which can directly display the set voltage value. The display value unit is kV, and it is clear at a glance.

7. Fault sampling uses a dedicated sensor. The action time is at the nanosecond level, and the optical isolation element is also at the nanosecond level. It can quickly and completely turn off the DC main circuit, thus protecting the instrument from damage.

8. The voltage doubler cylinder uses a new type of material, which is lightweight and sturdy. There are three built-in support feet at the bottom, increasing the stability of the voltage doubler cylinder. The surface is coated with special insulating material, with good electrical performance and strong moisture resistance.
