Insulating Rope Testing Device

The main connecting electrode rod features a grooved design, enabling automatic indexing during rope winding and ensuring tighter contact between the rope and the rod.

The plug-in grounding device provides reliable grounding and forms an interlock with the drive belt—once grounded, the reel cannot rotate, ensuring equipment safety.

The high and low ends are connected by high-voltage cables protected with PTFE tubing, ensuring strong dielectric withstand capability and making high-voltage and 

grounding connections simple and convenient.

Control Interface

It supports test distances of 400 mm, 500 mm, and 600 mm as required by live-line working and electrical safety tool standards, with quick and easy adjustment.
