1.It uses a full-length customized composite post insulator as the main insulation, providing a long creepage distance and high withstand voltage. The elliptical-section aluminum-alloy high-voltage rings are designed in a modular series to meet the testing requirements of insulating rods at different voltage levels.

2.An electric push rod or a ball-screw mechanism combined with a precision linear guide ensures accurate transmission, low noise, and high load capacity.

3.The Android-based console allows one-touch control; test spacing is automatically adjusted according to the type and voltage rating of the tools.

4.An additional remote controller allows independent operation; the back of the remote is engraved with the test spacing for different tool types and voltage classes.

5.Capable of testing 6–12 samples simultaneously, supporting withstand-voltage tests for a wide range of live-line working tools and electrical safety tools across multiple voltage levels.

6.Each channel is equipped with insulated-rod encapsulating electric clamps, providing 360-degree full enclosure with tight, secure gripping and simple, efficient operation.
