Product Feature And Application
1. The collection control uses high-speed and highly integrated microprocessors.
2. This instrument is used by connecting via USB interface to a laptop.
3. The instrument automatically analyzes, judges and generates electronic documents (Word) based on the test results for storage and printing.
4. High-speed dual-channel 16-bit A/D sampling (during on-site tests, changing the tap switch led to significant changes in the waveform curves).
5. The hardware core of the frequency response method employs DDS-specific digital high-speed sweep frequency technology (from the United States). Through testing, it can accurately diagnose faults such as winding distortion, bulging, displacement, inclination, inter-turn short circuit deformation, and inter-phase contact short circuit.
6. The frequency response method has a dual measurement system function of linear sweep frequency measurement and segmented sweep frequency measurement, and is compatible with the current two technical schools' measurement modes.
7. The amplitude-frequency characteristic of the frequency response method conforms to the technical indicators of the amplitude-frequency characteristic tester of the state. The horizontal axis (frequency) has both linear and logarithmic divisions, so the printed curve can be either a linear division curve or a logarithmic division curve, and users can choose according to their actual needs.
8. The impedance method adopts a three-phase connection single-phase measurement mode. Only the low-voltage side needs to be short-circuited, and the high-voltage side needs to be connected once for three phases. Once the measurement is completed automatically, the short-circuit impedance of each phase can be calculated.
9. The impedance method can simultaneously measure voltage, current, and frequency, and display the real-time waveform graph during the test.
10. The impedance method can use the built-in 220V power supply or an external power supply.
