The DC resistance of a transformer is a mandatory test item in the factory tests of semi-finished and finished products, installation, handover tests, and preventive tests by power departments during the manufacturing process of transformers. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires of transformer coils, as well as potential hazards existing after operation. To meet the need for rapid measurement of the DC resistance of transformers, our company has developed a transformer DC resistance tester by leveraging its own technological advantages. This instrument is a new generation of rapid tester integrating magnetization method testing, three-phase testing (Yn, Y, △) and demagnetization functions. It is an ideal device for measuring the DC resistance of large power transformers. The screen adopts a large-screen high-resolution true-color LCD display with touch control and flywheel knob operation, which is convenient for on-site use. It features a Chinese menu prompt function, is easy and intuitive to operate, and can complete all direct resistance test items with one wiring. 1. Yn-type, Y-type and △-type winding can be tested in the same way as the three phases, and their unbalanced rate can be calculated.

2.  Numerous on-site and off-site test demands of almost all transformers can be met with a power supply of maximum output current being 20A, measurement ranges up to 25kΩ, and the integration of saturable magnetic circuit method and degaussing function.

3.  It can assist people to judge test data stability and prevent data misreading as resistance change rate within 5s, 15s, and 30s can be automatically calculated during tests.
